Welcome to Flimbo Terms of Use. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Flimbo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Use of Service
Flimbo provides automation and financial management tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws. Misuse or fraudulent use will result in immediate account termination.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Access to Flimbo is offered on a subscription basis, charged weekly or monthly, at the prices published on the plans page. Every account starts with a 7-day trial period with full access to the features. The platform does not process or handle payments: the subscription is arranged directly with Flimbo, and the account is activated manually by our team after that contact. Cancellation works the same way, by email to support@flimbo.ai, and there is no automatic renewal and no billing cycle to give notice within. Payment methods and this process may change in the future; when they do, these Terms will be updated.
